Check-in time is after 4:00 PM, and check-out time is before 11:00 AM. We offer self check-in with a smart lock system, providing you with convenience and flexibility.

While we strive to provide uninterrupted services, 5-Star Premier Properties is not responsible for any disruptions to utilities or services beyond our control. We encourage guests to obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Termination of Agreement
5-Star Premier Properties reserves the right to terminate the agreement and request immediate vacation of the property in the event of a violation of these terms and conditions or any disruptive misconduct that affects the well-being of other guests or the property.
